This twenty year old harbour front swimming pool and surrounds had begun to dilapidate in the harsh environment. CBS was engaged to undertake a complete refurbishment.

CBS utilised our own scaffold equipment and extensive internal surface protection to permit the units to remain occupied while windows were removed to facilitate the necessary waterproofing works.

CBS also resolved water leakage into units below balconies with specialised underside repair methodologies to avoid complete balcony tile and membrane renewal.
